How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services (especially the daily lessons and chatbot of UCEM), communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific third parties listed in this notice.

How do we keep your information safe? We have organizational and technical processes in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Personal information you disclose to us In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services (especially to subscribe to UCEM daily lessons), express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You The personal information we collect may include the following:

• Email address (required)

• First name (required)

• Preferred language (French or English)

• Unique subscriber token (automatically generated)

• Optional referral (parrain) token

Information collected automatically When you use the UCEM web application or our website, we automatically collect:

• IP address

• User-Agent (browser and device information)

• Session cookies (Flask session cookies – httponly, secure, SameSite=Lax)

Payment Data Payment data is handled entirely by Systeme.io. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment instrument details on our servers. We only receive and store the price plan identifier and chatbot activation status via webhook.

Content generated by you

• Chatbot conversation history (stored in our database for the AI assistant based on A Course in Miracles)

Sensitive Information We do not intentionally process sensitive personal information beyond what may

arise from the spiritual nature of UCEM (language preference, lesson progression, and chatbot content related to spiritual/religious beliefs).

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your UCEM subscriber account and send daily lessons by email and/or Telegram

• To deliver the interactive lesson pages, audio/video player, and AI chatbot

• To track your lesson progression and preferred sending frequency

• To allow you to manage your subscription (pause, reactivate, unsubscribe) via your personal management page

• To respond to your inquiries and provide support

• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Systeme.io

• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Services

• To protect an individual’s vital interests if necessary

We may also process your information for other purposes only with your prior explicit consent.

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and with the following third parties.

We share personal information only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes necessary to operate the Services:

• Brevo (ex-Sendinblue) — sending transactional emails (daily lessons and service emails)

• Systeme.io — payment processing and subscription management (via secure webhook)

• Telegram Bot API — sending lessons via our Telegram bot (when you choose this option)

• Cloudflare — DNS, security and proxy protection

• YouTube — embedded lesson videos (iframe)

We may also share information in the event of a business transfer (merger, acquisition, etc.).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use any Meta (Facebook/Instagram) services, pixels, SDKs, Login, or advertising tools at this time.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We use only essential session cookies.

We use strictly necessary Flask session cookies (httponly, secure, SameSite=Lax) to maintain your logged-in state on the UCEM application.

We do not use:

• Google Analytics or any other analytics tools

• Advertising cookies or trackers

• Meta Pixel or any Meta tracking technology

• Third-party tracking cookies

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When you unsubscribe, we deactivate the sending of lessons but currently retain the record in our database. You can request full deletion at any time (see section 13).

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Transmission of personal information is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. There is currently no age verification at registration. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. Please contact us at sat@ichoosepeace.love if you become aware of any such data.

1. Send an email to sat@ichoosepeace.love with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address used for your UCEM subscription.

2. Alternatively, you can use your personal management page: https://app.ichoosepeace.love/manage/{your-token} (you can also unsubscribe from there, but full deletion requires contacting us by email).

We will process your deletion request as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with applicable law. Please note that some information may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax or accounting obligations) or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
