These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://www.ichoosepeace.love (the “Site”) and the ACIM web application at https://app.ichoosepeace.love (the “App”), operated by operated by Ananda Laurent (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing or using the Site or the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

4. The Services
The App provides daily lessons inspired by A Course in Miracles (email / Telegram), lesson pages, audio/video, an optional AI chatbot, quote sharing, and a public Q&A archive. Daily lessons do not require a paid subscription. Chatbot access beyond the free quota may require a paid plan.

5. Intellectual property
Site and App content is made available for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. Fraudulent, misleading, or infringing use is prohibited.

6. Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the Services, misuse other users’ data, or use the chatbot in a way that violates applicable law.

7. No professional advice
Content is spiritual / educational. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

8. “As is”
The Services are provided as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or the App.

Courts located in the France have exclusive jurisdiction.
