10-DAY PROGRAM – PLAYA DEL CARMEN
(The house is located near Playa del Carmen, allowing participants to explore the city and dine out. Meal prices in Mexico are very affordable. Tipping is mandatory, with a minimum of 10%.)
Meals are not included during the retreat. We will often eat out, and several moments will be left for personal autonomy. Fruits, tea, and coffee will be available in the accommodation throughout the stay.
Day 1 – Arrival & Group Introduction
- 3:00 PM – Arrival at the house in Playa del Carmen.
- 5:00 PM – Group gathering, introduction, and program presentation.
- 7:00 PM – Group dinner in Playa del Carmen.
Day 2 – Introduction to Psilocybin
- 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM – Breakfast time (at home or in Playa).
- 9:00 AM – Microdose of psilocybin.
- 9:30 AM – Departure to Dos Ojos Cenote.
- 10:00 AM – Lunch at the cenote and start of activities:
- Scientific and spiritual information on psilocybin.
- Introduction of facilitators, sharing circle, and Q&A session.
- 12:00 PM – Lunch and free time (swimming in the cenote).
- 4:00 PM – Return to Playa del Carmen and free time.
- 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM – Masterclass - Audio session / Satsang.
- Evening & dinner at leisure.
Day 3 – Understanding the Two Worlds
- 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM – Breakfast time (at home or in Playa).
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM:
- Masterclass 1: Understanding the dream (maya) – its origin and how to transcend it.
- Masterclass 2: Introduction to the two shamanic paths – The Red Path and the White Path.
- 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM – Free time.
- 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM:
- Masterclass 3: Identifying and dissolving obstacles to inner vision – The five paths to liberation (theory and guided practice).
- Masterclass 4: True forgiveness (Jesus' & Buddha' teaching) – A path of healing and spiritual liberation. Differentiating human mysticism from true spiritual teaching.
- 7:00 PM – Free dinner.
(Note: The duration of the masterclasses may be adjusted depending on the group's needs. If the information density is too high, sessions may be shortened.)
Day 4 – First Ceremony
- 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM – Breakfast time (at home or in Playa).
- 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM:
- Audio session / Satsang.
- Q&A session.
- 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM – Free time (rest & ceremony preparation).
- 5:00 PM – Preparation and audio session.
- 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM – First ceremony.
- End of ceremony: Sharing fresh fruits, honey, coffee, or tea.
Day 5 – Integration & Temazcal Ceremony
- 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM – Rest and Breakfast time (at home or in Playa).
- 12:00 PM – Departure for the Temazcal.
- 4:00 PM – Sharing circle at the cenote and swimming.
- 6:00 PM – Return to the house and free time.
- 7:00 PM – Free dinner.
Day 6 – Bufo & What Do I Want?
- 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM – Breakfast time (at home or in Playa).
- 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM – Bufo Alvarius session (optional, for those who choose to participate).
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM – Integration and silence.
- 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM – Free time.
- 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM:
- Masterclass 5: Identifying your purpose – uncompromising choice vs. uncertainty, followed by a guided meditation and introspection.
- 7:00 PM – Free dinner.
Day 7 – Distinguishing Mind from Spirit
- 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM – Breakfast time (at home or in Playa).
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM:
- Masterclass 6: Learning to differentiate the ego from the Spirit – practical examples and communication with the Holy Spirit.
- 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM – Free time.
- 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM:
- Satsang, readings, and Q&A session.
- 7:00 PM – Free dinner.
Day 8 – Second Ceremony
- 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM – Breakfast time (at home or in Playa).
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM:
- Audio session / Satsang.
- Q&A session.
- 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM – Free time (rest & ceremony preparation).
- 5:00 PM – Preparation and audio session.
- 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM – Second ceremony.
Day 9 – Integration & Excursion to Sian Ka’an River
- 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM – Breakfast time (at home or in Playa).
- 12:00 PM – Departure for Sian Ka’an River.
- 6:00 PM – Return to the house and group sharing on our retreat experience.
- 8:00 PM – Closing dinner in Playa del Carmen.
Day 10 – Hallelujah!
- 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM – Breakfast time (at home or in Playa) and departure preparation.
- 11:00 AM – House check-out.
