Meals are not included during the retreat. We will often eat out, and several moments will be left for personal autonomy. Fruits, tea, and coffee will be available in the accommodation throughout the stay.

Day 1 – Arrival & Group Introduction

Day 2 – Introduction to Psilocybin

• 9:00 AM – Microdose of psilocybin.
• 9:30 AM – Departure to Dos Ojos Cenote.
• 10:00 AM – Lunch at the cenote and start of activities:
  • Scientific and spiritual information on psilocybin.
  • Introduction of facilitators, sharing circle, and Q&A session.
• 12:00 PM – Lunch and free time (swimming in the cenote).
• 4:00 PM – Return to Playa del Carmen and free time.

Day 3 – Understanding the Two Worlds
